Item was ready for pick up on time but after a few months with minimal use it stopped connecting to tv but console still turned on and with my geek squad service i purchased with the item i am hoping to resolve the issue at my appointment time!

I haven’t needed to use it yet but the fact that I have the warranty just makes me feel so much better about my purchase.

Great to have coverage for any unforseen issues! Praying we never need to use it but know it will be worth buying if we do!

Guy’s at best buy really know what customer service is! Every time I have issues with my devices, they resolve them really quick by fixing or repairing them.

Here we go again get your insurance at Best Buy never know when you will need it especially when you’re playing those tough games and everything goes wild if you’re not on top of it the game.

After having my warranty for a year-and-a-half I was a little nervous as to what they were going to do for replacing for giving me a new one since I was unhappy with the product they simply gave me a new card and I was able to get whatever I wanted the 2-year protection is definitely the way to go with Geek Squad totally recommend it

It is very useful because my PS5 broke and they gave me a new one to replace it and everyone I met is nice

I hate extended warranties. However, in dealing directly with the store manager, he did convince me to get the 2 year warranty. Covers all damage, accidental or otherwise. He said it also covers hand held controllers too! BONUS. Knowing stuff usually breaks at or close to 2 years, my young kids will put this to the test i am sure.

Hunter was amazing at how quickly he responded and handled my issue. My son will be back on fornite in no time thanks to him, and I’m very grateful for that.

I walked in and out in maybe about 5 minutes and it was amazing. I got it so fast and got home so fast to set it up and start playing.
