Geek Squad is the best and thier attention to detail is amazing

If you have kids, I definitely recommend you get the warranty! It is worth it. My husband has only had his ps5 for a month and a half and our daughter messed the controller up. Luckily I got the warranty and getting the new one mailed to me.

This service will definitely come in handy when you have little knowledge of electronics or such.

I came to best buy for my very first time to purchase out a ps5 . The guy at the cashier had really nice manners and gave me different options on purchasing the ps5, if i wasnt able to pay in full . He mentioned on opening and seeing if i get qualified for a credit card with best buy. He explained and gave me alot of information on how to use the credit card and what benefits come with it . I got accepted and now im able to use and purchase things i like here at best buy .

Ive used Geek squad protection before. Its not always necessary, but, for the high ticket items it comes in handy and Best buy stands behind their guarentee (i.e. tv's, computer, gaming consoles, etc). In the past, they did a direct swap of a faulty PC and gave me peace of mind.

I had geek squad come out and double check everything that I hooked up to make sure I had everything hooked up right and we end up finding out that I had a bad wire a brand new bad wire in the gentleman spent hours trying to locate it and we finally found it at first we thought we didn't have to return my stereo but it ended up being a wire he was awesome I cannot say enough about them I highly recommend geek squad I wouldn't buy no electronics without the geek squad services 10 out of 10

If you have kids, this is a no brainer! My son was playing on his mini-hoop & accidentally knocked the PS5 down, causing it to stop functioning. We brought it back & utilized the warranty to grab a new one. You have to get another warranty for every time you use it but $80+ versus having to buy a whole new PS5 sounds good to me!

Personally I've always loved PlayStation since the PS1. This one has overall very good picture quality and game quality. Way easier to navigate with a keyboard and mouse as well. I love that it has four USB ports on it and the panels are customizable. And I would say that Best buy's 2 year accidental plan is worth it for this item.
