    My PS5 Console Warranty was still good and I had this 2 yr geek squad which I paid $79.99 for. I couldnʻt get a replacement PS5. Geek Squad worker said I had to pay $100 more for a replacement PS5 ? Since they were out of the one I had. They cheated me out of my money. They gave me a gift card for $471.19. When I paid $554.95 and they canceled my 2 yr geek squad so I lost out of $79.99. Bad Customer Service.

    never thought of getting it and since i bought from best buy i decided to get the protection because its the best! hopefully never have to use it but still good to have
