I was told by others people that I wouldn’t be able to claim my ps5 remote on my Geek squad protection plan and I would have to buy a new remote (STICK DRIFT) but Best Buy employees help me set the claim and now I’m just waiting for my new remote to arrive in two more days

I would never buy another product without checking to see if best buy sells it first because I love knowing that I don’t need to worry about anything ! What a relief!

Haven’t needed to use it and I hope there isn’t a time that I’ll need it.

Hopefully i wont need the warnety in store service was amazing i asked the guy if he had any ps5s an he said ye i think we do follow me an bam next thing you know i was out the door with a ps5 not to msntiom it was black friday it was MADD BUSY give that man a raise hahahahah

Geek Squad is the best and thier attention to detail is amazing

Sony has done it again. Its fast, loads like nothing. Add ons on the fly and did you know the controller has a mic and speaker? Neither did I. The Hepatic Feedback makes the DualShock seem like 8 bit Nintendo. PS4 controllers work on it and react just not as cool. Love this thing and recommend you get one. The one issue, is NO MEMORY, think about an extended SSD drive day one. Especially if you get the digital one.

Hope I don’t have to use it but great protection if something goes wrong

I will always purchase the protection plan from Best Buy. I've had to use it several times and they do not disappoint. They have the best hassle free, protection plan hands down.

I haven't had to use it yet but I'm sure if I do they will be fast and reliable

This is a great way to ensure you items mostly for stuff like this your not sure if the quality is very good and this will help you get a lot more advantages and be able to get you item replaced or fixed

I had the unfortunate experience of buying an item and not getting the protection plan from the Geek Squad. I lost my investment because it was more expensive to fix than it was to purchase a new one. If I had bought the protection I would have gotten a complete replacement for it. I now always get the protection for my items because it is well worth it.

It’s still great and fun to play all the time and I enjoy it a lot

I have little ones so having insurance that our electronics are safe is always a plus!
