Should offer a 3 Year protection plan for High end electronics. Example - $299+

Terrible service. Purchased 2 years warranty for my PS5 3 month ago. Today, when i bring my ps5 to geek squad to repair, they said they can not fix it or replace another one because they don’t have any openbox available and End up forced us to pay extra $200+ to get a brand new ps5

I brought this game system for my son back in April, It was working excellent up until a couple of weeks ago.

It's grret to have protection just in case of an accident.. They are kids

My controller stopped working within 3 months of buying the unit.I called customer service they instructed me to go to the store for a repair. Then was told "we don't do that, we will just order a new one" but then no order was placed and customer service couldn't tell me anything. I had to call the store again.b

I have not had to use my extended warranty as of yet.

ps5 for my son got stolen , we cant make any thing by this warranty , it should be replacement or alternative plan also we buyed this plan and we didn't use it any way , i pout ps5 from five month only after that our home got robbed they told us we cant do any thing for your son , how come

I called Geek Squad to try to set up installation for a play station. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I've been transferred a total of 5 times today.

Purchased for coverage on my new ps5. Hope to never need.

Very disappointed, brought my ps5 for repairs, I was told they were going to send it out for repairs and they never did. Could not get a straight answer.. felt like they just wanted to hive me store credit... so now I have wait until Bestbuy has one available...

They gave me a refurbished dual shock 4 which was broken already until now I haven’t received a new one very time I call they keep sending me to the wrong person and denying I had a warranty on the controller
