    Total rip off. No more in store swapping if you have a defective product, like it used to be for consoles. This I found out after I was sold by what the employee said. Now, basically you are paying Best Buy to contact the manufacturer for you to send it in. Don’t be a fool.

    Often too much boo-haha when need help with items covered. Always tell myself NOT buying it but STILL DO. Just better safe than sorry. Don't want to be thinking WHAT IF,lol.

    Terrible service. Purchased 2 years warranty for my PS5 3 month ago. Today, when i bring my ps5 to geek squad to repair, they said they can not fix it or replace another one because they don’t have any openbox available and End up forced us to pay extra $200+ to get a brand new ps5

    My controller stopped working within 3 months of buying the unit.I called customer service they instructed me to go to the store for a repair. Then was told "we don't do that, we will just order a new one" but then no order was placed and customer service couldn't tell me anything. I had to call the store again.b

    ps5 for my son got stolen , we cant make any thing by this warranty , it should be replacement or alternative plan also we buyed this plan and we didn't use it any way , i pout ps5 from five month only after that our home got robbed they told us we cant do any thing for your son , how come

    Very disappointed, brought my ps5 for repairs, I was told they were going to send it out for repairs and they never did. Could not get a straight answer.. felt like they just wanted to hive me store credit... so now I have wait until Bestbuy has one available...
