This is the best service program out there!!! I buy a lot of service plans and not one I've purchased so far compares. I shop at BB a ton and I buy their service plans every time! They actually do as they say and don't ask any questions, just fix your item(s).

adding this to all my pricey electronics purchases has given me added redundancy for any failures. Since gaming headphones and controllers go out quite a bit. i use this for headphones and game controllers as well.
