Totally overpaid would not recommend doing it to nobody totally a waste of money

I’m really glad I added Geek Squad protection to my products. When you’re spending a lot of money on electronics, having that extra protection gives me peace of mind knowing I have somewhere to go if something goes wrong. I especially like knowing I can get help with my products instead of having to figure everything out myself. The process of adding protection was easy, and I appreciate having additional coverage for expensive purchases like my electronics and gaming system. Hopefully I never actually need to use the protection, but I feel much better knowing it’s there if I do. For me, the extra peace of mind is worth it, and I would add Geek Squad protection to future expensive purchases as well.

I’ve had the PS5 for a while and overall it’s been a solid system, no issues with performance or anything like that. The only thing I ran into was looking into the warranty, and it turns out it doesn’t cover theft, which was a bit disappointing. Outside of that, everything else has been fine and it works as expected. Just something to be aware of if you’re thinking the warranty includes more than the standard manufacturer coverage it does not ocver theft or loss unfortunatly

It's always great having a peace of mind, in case an accident happens and need a repair/replacement.

Brought it yesterday and received it earlier this morning and when I tell I truly adore this PS5 this is my very first console as a girl gamer and I am truly having a ball with now playing the games I used to always want to play by starting with the classics DOA6!

This is great and gives you peace of mind when you have kids playing with your tech products. It’s totally worth it.

I would personally get this especially if you kids, but even if you dont have kids and something happens to your product it will definitely come in handy. Better to have it then not have it!

It wasn't worth the aggravation. I purchased multiple products from Best buy and was told that I had this type of coverage, but when I needed it they wete not there for me.

I had many questions when it came to upgrading my iPad. I can’t remember the fella’s name, but he helped me pick the perfect one for school.

If my console got broken, it will help me to replace it with the another console with lower or higher price
