Love my PS5. Protection plan is a must for big purchases.

Buy Geek Squad Protection plan if you have little kids. I don't have little kids, but I have an 7 year old niece that walks around with a device on her hands and never looks forward and eventually hits a wall and drops things. So protect your devices even if you don't have kids.

I purchased a 30th anniversary. That was supposed to be new, not open. When I got it, the seal was cut and everything has been touched. Tried to contact customer service to get some kind of discount for purchasing an open box when it was supposed to be a new box. They talked to the customer service and they were completely rude and I didn't get nowhere so I guess this will be the last time I purchased anything. And I will tell everyone else to go somewhere else to purchase items

Well, to be honest, fortunately I have not had to use this yet and hopefully I never need to but I have had the opportunity to talk with geek squad a few times and get help at the store. I spoke with them about how to set up a tv that I bought and then about some settings with a PS5.

All got was the 2yr extended warranty it was 80 bucks dome place tried to charge me 250 to fix my ps5

I love having the option for people who know to help me with problems

Geek squad couldn’t help and told me to go through Sony on fixing my ps5. Was kind of a PITA to have to deal with Sony but GS was helpful in directing how to go about getting my repair done.

Thankfully, I havent had the chance to use my geek squad protection on this item yet. But being a person who loves technological devices I prefer going with the best protection that anyone can offer for my product and that protection is the Geek Squad protection from Best Buy.
