    Very satisfied with the protection plan. Friendly service but had my PS4 serviced but when I got it back they forgot to install the software so it doesn't work at all. Haven't made it back in to get serviced due to covid-19.

    These have not failed me yet. I won’t buy the total tech support plan because you have to purchase it every year and I would want to have the option to upgrade to a longer plan if available

    Thought there was something wrong with a PS4 I had purchased. The controller kept moving on the screen on its on. Called up Geek Squad to let them know my issue. And they told me they are fully aware, for me to bring it in at any time they would just do a quick switch and send me on my way.

    It's always a peace of mind to have the extended warranty from best buy, trust me I know what I'm talking about and because of that every thing I buy there I have the warranty, problems can happen and if they do, I don't mind :)
