Picked up my PS5 on 11/12/2020 and decided to purchase the extra warranty a month later. Customer service was great and added my warranty with the exception of checking the item first. TY Best Buy!!

To me, the extended warranty is always worth the money. Whenever I've had to use it, it's been a lifesaver.

It is very important to have a guarantee to know that you are protected. Your equipment is protected is great.

Always get the protection. I promise you that you will need it even when you think you don’t. For Accidental Damage you can get a new thing of whatever you go or even a better one!

I always purchase the Best Buy warranties on my expensive electronics. I have had 3 televisions replaced and 2 game systems replaced under these warranties. It has never been a hassle to get Best Buy to stand by their warranties, unlike other stores I have dealt with.

If you ever have an issue you can return it. It’s amazing and they’ve fixed my equipment too. If they can’t they give you a brand new one with the newest model. Given if it costs more they ask you pay the difference but it is amazing

I recommend the protection plan for anything best buy ive used it on several things and def worth the purchase. the protection plan covers basically everything especially since I got it for my PS4, I wasn't going to buy it without a protection at all

Love it because you never know what could happen, glad best buy offers this and at such a cheap cost to keep your stuff safe that you paid top dollar for

So glad I got the protection plan. My son spilled coke on mine but tan is to Geek Squad I was back to playing in no time!

Geek squad protection is incredibly convenient, I always recommend getting the protection plan because you never know when you’ll need it.

I have not had to use the geek squad yet. Friends and relatives say their pretty good and honest.

Covers accidents great for expensive items. Would be great if it covred thefts but cant have it all
