Bought this along with my PS5 console just for peace of mind since this is the initial release, and in the case the console or controller may not work.

Always get the protection. I promise you that you will need it even when you think you don’t. For Accidental Damage you can get a new thing of whatever you go or even a better one!

If you have any type of electronic device you have to get the protection plan. You never know what can happen. Especially with kids around. I had to replace one of my Nintendo Switch because my son dropped it.

Picked up my PS5 on 11/12/2020 and decided to purchase the extra warranty a month later. Customer service was great and added my warranty with the exception of checking the item first. TY Best Buy!!
