A god send if you accidently drop whatever item you have purchased. Most electronics nowadays are very fragile so it's best to protect your purchase.

I used this protection plan a lot since my 7 yr old kept cracking the screen to his tablet and best buy fixed it every time and when they couldn't fix it they replaced it with a brand new one .

I haven't had to use this yet thankfully but it's always nice to know the Geek Squad is on my side should anything happen to my product!
