I received some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at Best Buy. That’s why it’s my #1 favorite store in the world. They surpassed my expectations and in the end corrected something that was not their fault but a fault of mine. I couldn’t be more thankful.

I purchased this to up my warranty on my New XBox Series X. You HAVE to purchase an extended warranty on these units because they run abit HOT. That said, the Best Buy Warranty is as good as any I've found. My old play Station died and Best Buy Replaced it on the Spot. Can't really ask for better service than that!

I purchased the geek squad service because it was such an affordable price. My game console is new and hasn’t had any problems but knowing if something happens I’m covered is worth paying for it. It puts your mind at ease knowing you have protection

I bought my Xbox here and I haven't had any issues yet. I always buy warranties with all my products with best buy. Its worth buying their warranties.when I have issues with my products they usually fix it or replace it with a new one. This is with passed experience with their products I have purchased. That's why I always buy everything at bestbuy because they have such a great warranty without the hassle.

I got the 2 yr protection because I learned once with my sub woofer. Better to have because I had an issue with it and because of the extended warranty I was able to get a replacement.

Its worth it, protectin your investment specially for kids using it

After waiting 2 long years trying to obtain one of these badboys & being with Xbox consoles since 2001. I couldn't be more satisfied with the Fact of having SSD instead of a Hard Drive! Loading/Boot up time is Spot on & cant wait for whats to come to this Platform.
