We had this on our TV and decided to cancel it! BIG MISTAKE! The 85" TV that was only 13 months old, died and needed the entire back-lite panel needed replacing, costing more than a new TV. We got an new TV and we will NOT cancel the Geek Squad service again...ever!

Definitely worth buying especially when electronics are so easily broken and cost so much. Protect your stuff

Geek squad has saved me many times. I've used it on my TV and 2 xbox. No hassle. Call them and they take care of you quickly. I had lightening strike on my xbox and it was ruined. Even on a surge protector. They replaced it. TV acted up and they came out and replaced a mother board. Disc drive messed up on an xbox. They fixed it too. No hassle and no extra money. Definitely recommend on any good electronics you buy.

I feel very protected knowing i have 2 years of coverage since i travel a lot with my xbox and can be quite clumsy and drop it multiple times. Unfortunately website does not allow me to upload pictures to my review though.

I normally purchase the geek squad protection plan I’ve already made claims and they where fast and where able to replace my product I did have to pay the protection plan for the new product all over again but it’s well worth it
