The agents have always been exceptionally polite and professional and helped me resolve any issue i've had. But the return and exchange feature of this plan has been priceless. It seems for the past couple years manufacturing quality has plummeted dramatically and being able to exchange so many broken items has saved me a lot of money!

Used geek squad for many gaming related products I bought for years, almost never failed. worst experience I've had was for an item that was discontinued, so only thing they could've done is reimburse me with store credit. Overall great coverage.

I love Geek Squad protection! I buy protection on every one of my products. Imagine for whatever reason, I somehow knock the xbox over. A power surge hits. Etc. It’s replaced no questions asked through best buy.

It is a great replacement guarantee! You don’t think it happens, but accidents happen!

I recommend buying the 2-year Geek Squad Protection for all products over 1/4 of your discretionary monthly income. Also, the manufacture warranty requires you to send your product the manufacturer. If you’re willing to do without a defective device for 6 months, then take the chance. I’m not that willing. Just purchase the warranty. You’ll be thankful when your TV goes out and you’re able to replace it the same day.
