So you purchase a geek squad 2 year protection plan for your VR Headset. When it fails due no fault of yours and take it in to get geek squad to fix it. They just say it’s no repairable and send you to get a replacement up front. But then you have to pay for a whole new geek squad protection plan, it’s not my fault you’re product failed why do I have to pay for protection plan twice , the plan was for Two years of protection do I get a refund on the remaining 18 months When I asked why I had to pay for a new plan I was told that it was like a deductible as on car insurance Where in the protection plan does it state that? Two year plan should last 2 years
