If i hasn't had the protection, I would have been stuck with a broke expensive vr system.

Needed a quick replacement as my Rift S had developed several issues. Rift S is no longer manufactured, but the Quest (along with a PC Link cable) works just as well and can even operate without a PC, making this very versatile. Also much more comfortable if you're not including addons for either of the two and just going off of what's in the box.

I always protect all my gear, rarely have had to use this but when I have it’s been simple and they get you taken care of.

It is a total blast you really don’t realize you are playing that long . The graphics are amazing. I enjoy it more and more . Now the games are expensive but that teaches you how to enjoy each game to the fullest slowly. I love that I don’t have to go out and hunt for the games . I wish they had scrabble and more free games . But over all it is wonderful.

Well you never know about equipment now days getting a warranty is smart.

I can’t believe how far we have came in technology.I’m so amazed every time I put on my VR set. I can’t wait until they come out with virtual reality so everyone around me can see what I see. i’m still learning how mess around with it but that all the fun is.

This is now my third Meta Quest 3 due to ongoing controller issues not properly functioning with the device. Because of this, I’ve been forced to purchase three separate warranties, which feels completely unnecessary. When you buy a warranty, it should cover the product for the stated period—in this case, two years. I should not lose warranty coverage simply because the device itself was defective and had to be replaced. That was not my choice. The store was unable to fix the issue, so replacement was the only option. Defective hardware is a manufacturer and storage issue, not a customer issue. On top of that, I originally had two 256GB devices, and my replacement is now only 128GB because the larger storage option was out of stock. Downgrading storage on a replacement device is unacceptable, especially when the replacement is due to repeated defects. Overall, the Quest 3 itself is great when it works, but the controller reliability, replacement process, and warranty handling have been extremely frustrating. Customers should not be penalized for defective products or forced into buying multiple warranties for the same device.

Bought this for Christmas for my kids a couple of years ago and they absolutely love it!!!! I love that they can get exercise and have fun while doing it. Great purchase would buy it again!!!

We love this. My brother s and I all got one for Christmas so we could hang out virtually because of our schedules.

I have used geek squad alot of the years. They are always professional. My son took an alienware laptop that we had purchased the geek squad protection on. When they couldnt fix his laptop they replaced it with a higher quality laptop i just had to pay the difference

The insurance is always worth it, i wouldnt suggest you buy anything without it.
