Customer service is terrible, ordered product and service plan was told it was all on the 12 month financing plan only to find out plan and quest were placed separately leaving me with a plan not on the financing plan had I not checked the plans interest would have eaten up the monthly payment this making me behind on the payment. After asking them to fix the problem I was told they can’t and the item is outside of the return window so I’m stuck with it

rating 3 because it’s always good to get protection. can’t say anything bad or extremely good on it

Best Buy warranties are a bit high but east to ise if needed.

The kids love this. And honestly so do the adults.

We bought a pair of Wayfarer Stories Smart Glasses that had a scratch on the lens. Apparently you can't/won't replace them because they are no longer sold - but there is something similar in the Ray-Ban Meta glasses. Why pay for a Geek Squad product replacement plan then when you won't honor it?

$100 for 2 years protection is too much. Hope I never have to use it though

Only tried to use it twice. Fitst time product was broken and got a new product but had to purchase another warranty! 2nd time need battery cover for hand controller and still waiting for it to arrive. Its veen 2 months.

I haven’t used this yet but it’s nice to have.....
