- Your product isn't working? Don't worry. : To get help, just bring your product into a Best Buy store. For any covered issue, we’ll repair your product, get you a replacement (if the product is available) or issue you a store credit or gift card up to the original purchase price, including taxes.
- If there's a hardware failure, we'll repair or replace your product: This could be a problem with an internal part, how the VR product was manufactured or normal wear and tear. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity.
- No out-of-pocket costs for parts or labor: We take care of 100% of the costs of parts and labor for covered repairs and failures, with no hidden fees.
- If your VR product won’t turn on because of a power surge, count on us to make it right : You’re covered if there's a power surge or fluctuation that damages your product. This includes a surge caused by a lightning strike.
- If your battery won't hold a charge, we'll take care of it : Get a one-time replacement for your original non-disposable battery (or product if it's an integrated battery) if it fails to hold at least 80% of its original charge specifications.
- If your screen has bad pixels or a shadow image, consider it handled : If you have at least three pixels that are always the same color or a ghost image that won't go away, we'll get your screen looking like new.
- You can transfer your Geek Squad Protection : When you sell or give someone your covered product, Geek Squad Protection is still in effect, with no additional charges or restrictions. Call 1-800-433-5778 (8 a.m.-9 p.m. CT) to transfer.

A: No, unfortunately, the warranty will only cover you up until the time that you use it after which it is terminated. I had that same idea, but when I have my Oculus Rift replaced my warranty was terminated, and I had to buy another. Which didn't bother me because the item was far above the cost of the 2 warranties combined.
A: Take your Oculus to the nearest Best Buy and get a replacement system for free. If you have the Accidental Product Replacement warranty still available.

A: If you purchased it at Best Buy and If it's under warranty it will not cost you anything. You take it in to the store, and they replace it for you. they DO NOT repair them at all..
