Purchased this warranty, hopefully I won’t have to use it but it definitely comes in handy.

I added the warranty because you never know with kids if you may need it.

I do have2 years insurance, but I never contact Geek SQUAD

It’s a wonderful to have this on high traffic products.

Always knowing i have a reliable back up if anything goes wrong makes purchasing a bit easier.

I recommend this if you have small children, I bought this and had no problem returning when it got broken.

This is a must have if you have kids that are very clumsy

Warranty exchange was simple. Showed it to customer service and within mins; our new one was ordered. Repaid for a new warranty and now we’re set for the next 3 yrs again

This policy covered a Oculus headset. The headset battery was degraded and would not last. The policy replaced the unit and refunded some money that was used to cover the new headset. This is a product that my Grandkids use. Well worth the money to cover electronics and other mechanical items.

What can i say, this device speaks for it self, one of the best out there right now, got it on black friday, when it was lnown as oculus quest 2, now meta quest 2, got it when it was on sale, great Headset, what cant you do with this Headset
