Was having trouble with my watch and was able to take it back with no problems. Even got to upgrade to the new galaxy watch, which I love.

Purchased this as a gift for a fitness forward individual and he loved it!

Is one of the best warranty in any store better than other store whiteout any problem when you need to claim any problem whit product simply the best.

I bought my gear s2 and wore it about 3 weeks. Some how I managed to break the screen. I walked into Best Buy, and they replaced it with no hassles.

We purchased warranty protection on each of our Fit Blaze watches. This wearable technology is great to have but expensive to repair, should anything go wrong. We have had to return each watch for issues related to the screen. This warranty saved us time, money and frustration!

I never buy from BestBuy without a protection plan or total tech support.

I don't normally purchase coverage, but when the user is active and frequently bumps his arms and legs on metal pipes at work... you can't lose.

Didnt want to spend the extra money hope i dont need to use it.

W haven't had to use this but it's nice knowing that they will cover anything that might happen, even as small as buffing scratches out ofbthe screen

Always a great idea to get the geek squad because you never know what may happen. I recommend this for everyone.

Again thankfully have not needed to use I've just heard positive feed back about the protection plan so I purchased it.

Buying this for a 10 year old made buying the Geek Sqad replacement a no brainier. So far we haven't had to use it as this tracker is really well made.

Always get the extra protection. Love the service. No questions ask. Replaced or credit towards new item.

I didn't know I could get a warranty on my Fitbit. But I love that I have one. I haven't needed to use it yet. But it's nice to know it's there if needed.

Worth it for the extra protection. Haven't had to use it yet, but I'm glad I have it as a backup.
