If you are buying anything at Best Buy do yourself a favor and get the protection if is so worth it! They are so great and easy to work with and even the smallest glitch gets taken care of!

Very well worth purchases the replacement warranty. $29.95 for a $150 FItbit is a good bargain. We had to utilize this warranty once already & it was a smooth transaction in replacing the product

That being said, the Samsung watch has been great, and has not needed to use the warranty. I hope it continues, but the warranty gives peace of mind.

Always good to get protection on expensive items. You can never go wrong with geek squad.

I highly recommend the warranty on the product. It’s easily damaged and I’ve had issues with charging after mfg warranty expires and geek squad covered it.

I gave it a 5 although i have not needed to use it - and if i should need i hope its a 5 star service !

Needed for my pixel watch I purchased last time I'll use it in case if breaks or cracked screen.

When you go to buy the item you want obviously you worry about something ever happening to it. I had purchased the Samsung gear3 and to buy a two year protection plan it was an extra $50 dollars. Although I thought it was a little expensive, it is worth the money in the end if something ever happens knowing you paid over six times that amount.

My favorite, insurance. Its the only place I get insurance.
