It looks nice, it is surprisingly light weight, and it tracks the things I need it to track: steps, workouts, heart rate, sleep, etc. Its screen is nice, clear, and legible.

Fortunately, I have not had to resut to the Geek Squad, but just the thought of having them on hand is a comfort. I shop a lot with Best Buy and I trust their merchandise but If I need them, They only a call away. Thanks Geek Squad.

I purchased a Samsung Active Watch 2 in October 2020 and added this protection plan to the order. The base of the watch, what the watch sits in while magnetically charging, shorted out last week. I called to get the base replaced and was told that I had to purchase the base myself, because "It is not covered under this warranty!" Seriously? The "Accidental Geek Squad Protection" plan does not cover a base that is included in the box upon purchase?

BUT NOT IF THE TRACKER FALLS OUT OF THE BAND AND IS LOST!!! I was told that the Geek Squad 2 year warranty covered any loss or damage!!! I'm not happy!

I like the display. It’s energy efficient and one of the reasons battery last so long. It looks minimalist but has a ton of features. The insight 2x fits real nice on my wrist and feels great. I needed something durable, non conductive (work), great battery life and notifications. All the health features are new to me and still learning about them. I love seeing sleep score. I can see a relationship with lack of sleep to body battery. Find my phone feature is nice, used it twice. Highly recommend if you are not in need of color high resolution display and looking to improve your health.

I had the active watch before this and its a big change and i love it...ive had no issues with it so far(onlybhad it for a week) charge is good i wear the warch from 9am to about 8pm and still has a lot of batter left by then. Looks great and sleek, i loove how u can customize every inch of this watch.

I believe I got this protection plan twice so far and it was well worth it. I brought my mom some Bose ear buds after close to the end year mark the battery life was draining quickly. We went to see if they can do anything about it. They told us since it under protection we can upgrade them to new version Bose ear buds and pay $50 for the difference of value. Which we thought was a pretty good deal since I paid around $180 for them.

Always but Geek Squad perfection. I had a TV that always broke under geek squad. They fixed it for free various times and eventually let me replace it with a new TV. Since then everything I buy I get the longest warranty available.

When I bought my phone I had it for less than 12 hours when I dropped it and broke the screen. Without the accidental protection repairing the screen was more than buying a new phone so now I always buy the accidental protection I learned my lesson.

I have only had to use them a few times, but they have come through for me every time. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I buy all my electronic devices from Best Buy because I know I'll be taken care of.
