Perfect insurance to protect my investment. Fitness bands take a lot with use every day. I wished to know I had protection for at least a two year period of time.

This protection plan came in very handy when my smartwatch broke after 18 months of owning it. Got it replaced with no hassle.

The agents were there when I had questions with my watch. Very quick to respond and game me all the technical support I needed.

Warranty was purchased and paid in full at $160 5/29/25 & Best Buy canceled on 12/8/25. Claimed to have refunded $61 for the policy. Geek squad can't/won't help or provide number to speak with anyone. At time of purchase the policy covered loss, theft, accidental damage with a replacement.

Always purchase it when I purchase my Galaxy Watches. You never know! At the price of the watches, it is so worth it.

I like to protect my appliances because it give me peace of mind and Geek Squad protection is great and fulfill my expectations!!

I got the warranty because I wear this every day. So far I have not had to use it but for the price it will replace a dead one and I tend to kill them faster than 2 years

I always purchase the protection plan whenever available. Simple things like a cracked screen will be replaced. Never had an issue they always stand behind their policy.

I don’t typically buy extended warranties, but I am glad I did. When my Fitbit crapped out I only had to pay a small amount and actually got the newer model.

The warranty is a logical contract to have especially, if you have young children. Best Buy truly honors the contract without a hassle. This purchase is a no brainer!!!

Had issues with nee gaming system and contacted Geek Squad several times who walked my son through troubleshooting his computer.

getting the protection plan for my products in this situation is great. again it is hit and miss but this one was a hit since my watch was acting weird and went into to get a replacement watch
