Spoke to an agent regarding my 43” tv having problems and was told I needed to bring it into the store for repair. Prior to calling I thoroughly read the specifics of the service I needed and clearly stated that 43” and up was in home service. Now the tech I spoke with was very friendly but also very determined to tell me that I was wrong. I politely guided them to the size spec portion of their service guidelines and after a 3 minute back and forth I was finally advised that I was right and they would schedule an in home repair. After all of that I ended up not need the service as I was able to do a hard reset of my insignia tv for the second time in 4 months and correct the issue myself.

The Geek Squad protection is awesome. Customer service employees at Best Buy are helpful and courteous and made sure I was satisfied with my replacement product.

Excellent customer support. Excellent over the phone or in actual store. It feels great to know you can turn to someone for support and help. Best purchase this year so far.

I always by the Geek Squad protection on all of my electronics. I like having that extra security on my fitbits, computer, and other expensive purchases.

I went in to exchange my headphones under your warranty and because it was leased under progressive leasing I left with none and because I couldn't use Progressive leasing anymore, I am out of my $250 headphones. I aked for the broke ones back and they would not give them to me. I found out that I had $300 more in warranties I can't use. How about $400 to replace the crap I will never be able to repair

You can never go wrong with this purchase. I've purchased some items without and I'm still regretting it to this day.
