My first Fitbit I did not have protection and a little over a year it broke. Less then a month my second Fitbit broke and I was able to exchange it for a brand new one easily!

The replacement purchase was a great deal, I had a problem with my purchase and I told them about it , and with out a question they replaced the part. Thanks best buy

This is a no-brainer, if I break my Blaze, drop it in water, run it over with a dump truck, they'll replace it. Why wouldn't you do this to protect a $200 investment?

great service and reliability and peace of mind knowing the replacement plan is there and we can sue it anytime for damage or defective products. Well worth the cost

This is great because it protects my item for two years. Which is also my biggest issues because my item just broke after 731 days and for those of you who aren't good at math that 2 years and 1 day. And no they didn't honor it. Sad ending tbh.

I’ve always been skeptical of buying extra insurance but it’s been a life savor for most products I buy for my son. Wouldn’t buy something without it now.

My watch was showing signs of freezing. I took the watch back to Best buy and they returned watch then sent me a brand new one to my house with no questions asked.

Perfect insurance to protect my investment. Fitness bands take a lot with use every day. I wished to know I had protection for at least a two year period of time.

Always get the warranty. You can exchange for a new device if something was to happen to your device.

I got the warranty because I wear this every day. So far I have not had to use it but for the price it will replace a dead one and I tend to kill them faster than 2 years

I always purchase the protection plan whenever available. Simple things like a cracked screen will be replaced. Never had an issue they always stand behind their policy.

Geek squad protection is the best for things that are easily damaged like watches and ear buds best protection plan around.

I have 3 very active boys under 7 and they've been known to break things and I'm clumsy too. So I always purchase the warranty and Best Buy's customer service is great!

The warranty is a logical contract to have especially, if you have young children. Best Buy truly honors the contract without a hassle. This purchase is a no brainer!!!
