It took me less than 5 minutes to return my watch, it was almost a year later and it stop charging, so I got the money back and I and upgraded to the newest one

This is great because it protects my item for two years. Which is also my biggest issues because my item just broke after 731 days and for those of you who aren't good at math that 2 years and 1 day. And no they didn't honor it. Sad ending tbh.

Not saying I don't trust my wife with taking care of the purchased item, I just don't trust the elements and others around her lol this is why accidental coverage is a MUST!

Used their 2 year accidental coverage, and I am glad I purchased it. My previous laptop got damaged and they replaced it with a new one!

My Fitbit watch died. Fitbit warranty was 1 year , mine lasted 18 months... if not for Best Buy warranty I’d be out an expensive watch. Fitbit support is awful...

Was able to exchange item with no issues when it became defective. Definitely recommend getting protection plan for everything. Better than apple care, hands down

I always purchase the replacement program from Best Buy. Sometimes thing break or get broken by accident, and I want my products covered.

Get the protection plan on these 100% ive had to use they don't fix but give brand new one for watch

I feel like if you don't have got a bad extended warranty if you don't you're probably gonna regret it's If you've ever bought electronics you know what I'm talking

It's great I love it do you need warranty go to geek squad without no warranty you out of love and you stuck with trash so anytime you purchase anything at Best buy make sure you get geek squad

Love having this warranty for additional coverage. Never had a problem when i have to return a broken item.

Geek squad protection is the best for things that are easily damaged like watches and ear buds best protection plan around.

The product replacement is a lifesaver at times. It'll replace what it is but you have to pay for a new replacement program. Which is a lot cheaper than the option.

I have unfortunately had to use the product replacement plan and it is well work the price. It was very simple and easy to do the replacement. Highly recommend!
