I haven't had to use my geek squad coverage yet, but for this price you can't beat it. If they can fix it, they will replace it.

This is my third smartwatch. I have had the Fossil Explorist Gen 5 and 6, both were solid watches but felt more like a watch that had some special features tacked on. This Galaxy watch feels like a piece of tech that happens to have a watch included! I love it. It looks sleek, fits well and the screen is very impressive. If you own a Samsung phone this is the perfect companion piece

My garmin venu 2 stopped charging wnd it was within the 2 years so they gave ne a gift gard to be able to buy another one

It has extensive coverage and methods involving replacement. Worth the money in the event something goes wrong

ALWAYS purchase the protection plan. I haven't switched to the new membership tiers yet just because I don't believe I would save as much. But it's come in handy on 2 Galaxy watches (1 bricked and the other screen broke) and a couple headsets (dog ate one). Go in with broken item, get refunded your money minus the plan coverage (you're using it). Go repurchase your item and you own the cost of protection plan. It's just saved my butt quite a few times.

If you aren't a member, you should be. It pays for itself over and over.

Im hoping not to have to use it, but it is good peace of mind that my watch is protected.

It would be better if it were slightly cheaper but can’t complain. They honor what you got.
