I have not had to use the warranty for the Fitbit 2 that I purchased, but I have for other products. BB replaced\covered each time.

I like the idea of peace of mind when making a large purchase. Haven't needed to use it yet but you never know.

ease of replacement was great since it was a malfunction of design flaw. watchband snapped off cleanly from the watch face.

Service works great, had to replace my Fitbit with the service so bought again for my active2.

I returned a Fit bit. I had no problem with the return. However I was informed the price of the warranty went up. Therefore I had to pay an extra 10 for the exchange. I don't think I should have been made to pay more money on a warranted item.

Went in and went to the Geek Squad desk and showed them it was broken and within minutes had my new one and was out the door!

Samsung watch this is money well spent they have very good types of insurance

Best Buy's replacement plan is worth the money. I was able to get a brand new Gear Fit 2 after my band snapped.....with no hassel.

Always get these for my smart watches. Inevitability they will break or have problems over the 2 yrs, they all do. Deducted a star for the hgh price.

It a must if you never use it that is great but it you need it it is there for you .
