I bought a Jawbone UP 3...wouldn't charge anymore..luckily I got ins! Well went in and no longer carried them, so I got a fitbit HR I think I paid $30 or so to renew ins or the difference in what was covered...Then about 7 months the Fitbit HR band broke..so came in, Got the NEW Fitbit 2 paid NOTHING...then 3 months in Band broke BAND BROKE...then came in just 3 weeks ago BAND BROKE LOL I am on my 3rd Fitbit in about a year and a couple months...I think all in all I paid $30 something for Ins curing that time from the original purchase..OMG GET IT!

Purchases a fossil 2yrs ago. Wear it out and went to replace. Bestbuy had discontinued the fossil, but credited my acount for $259.99 (orignal price of Watch on release) and then pricematched A Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 pro 45mm ($499 2022 model to 249.99). I orginal purchased the Fossil onsale For 149.99

Easy and great service and friendly customer service brought to them my watch with an issue they took care of me instantly although i just showed up without an appointment and fixed my issue right away.

We purchased two Fitbits but only one protection plan, as my husband is very rough on things especially his cell phone and so I figured it wouldn't be much different with a worn device such as this. It paid off immediately, as the charger wasn't working for the Fitbit. Best Buy customer service was super efficient and effective at swapping the device out. The second Fitbit he got was a different color, and he loves it. The comfort of knowing that no matter what happens for the next two years we're covered is well worth the initial investment.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Samsung Watch! I can work in the garden, in the laundry room etc and not break my phone! My hands are free to keep working around my home! Definitely worth the buy for Moms and Housewives on the go!

I love love love best buys warrant plans. Honestly they're the only place that I buy serious electronics for myself. Their geek squad is pretty much hassle free and will get what you need and out the door quickly

I have used this 2 year warranty multiple times and every time I have purchased it, I have not regretted it. Even if you feel like youre a safe person and take care of your stuff, get it! It will save you a much regrettable headache in the long run!

The insurance is good to have when it comes to your electronics investment purchase.

Every service and every product at Best Buy is often good.

This is a no brainer to get for me. It may seem like a waste of money especially if you do not damage or break your equipment however, my personal philosophy is that anything I spend over $100 on I want to get the warranty just to be safe. I treat my electronics and possessions very well and hardly damage anything on them but it's nice to have this peace of mind. This is something to have just in case it breaks.

Purchased for my husband and he loves it. I have one as well.

My Galaxy 4 Classic watch had a run in with a door frame and the bezel popped of, the geek squad warranty came through with a new Galaxy 6 Classic to replace it. Easy peassy 10 minute process

Service is very easy to use and great for wearable devices especially. I would highly recommend for any and all wearable electronics or headphones. I've always gotten it on my smart watches since they're exposed to just about every use pool, hiking, cycling, etc.

What is not to love about Best Buy's Geek Squad Protection Plans?!? They are reasonably priced and allow you to return the defective merchandise directly to their store to be fixed or replaced. Another giant retail competitor offers warranties on some of their products but it is an absolute nightmare to have anything repaired and forget about getting it replaced. If you want to be guaranteed that a defective product will be fixed or replaced you should go directly to Best Buy and make sure you purchase the protection plan!

I scratched my screen pretty bad on my watch which made it hard to see and was starting to affect me more when making screen options. Geek squad protection took my watch and gave me a gift card to go purchase a new one. I paid the difference for the newest model and also bought my new watch the protection plan. Its a small price to pay for good coverage. I believe it covers everything except for lost or stolen devices.

Had the amazfit GTS smart watch. Worked well for my needs. Recently began not holding the charge. ( just under two years old). Originally up to 14 days. Was getting 10-12 days repeatedly. For the last 2 months, charges only lasting 5 days. Fortunately had the extended warranty through best buy. No issues. Unable to reorder same watch. Given a store credit for amount paid. Thank you.
