When previous fitbit HR was loosing parts and no longer held decent charge out of warranty only option with fitbit was to purchase new item. Decided with new fitbit via Best Buy for Fitbit Charge 2 and opted for 2 year warranty in case any problem may simply bring in to return. In this case decided extra warranty was worth easy of return rather than dealing with manufacturer again.

I had an issue where the battery was dtaining quickly and they were able to help me troubleshoot and get the issue resolved.

I purchased this plan to cover an Asus Zenwatch 2 and I am convinced to purchase additional coverage on ANY purchase from Best Buy at this point. The watch stopped working just over 1 year from when I bought it. Rather than losing the money, I was able to get my money back and put toward something else - being as though they no longer sold the iteration of the smartwatch I'd initially purchased.

This warranty was worth every penny. It covers anything that could go wrong. I recommend getting at least the 2 year warranty on all wearables.

They supported me to check my Samsung watch, I always buy insurance with Geek Squad for my electronic devices.

I always get Geek Squad protection. This protection gives you peace of mind to know your product will covered and or may be replaced if it cannot be fixed by them. Also, great protection if financing on Best Buy Credit Card, while not having to pay intrest. If you are trying to pay off a large purchase intrest free, it could set you back then you may have to pay the intrest occured.

The geek squad insurance is the best thing ever!!! I will not buy any type of electronic without getting this protection plan. I've had issues with Fitbit and was able to get a new one right on the spot. When my product was no longer available, they upgraded me for free and was still able to carry over the protection to the new device. I recommend everyone get this protection when purchasing electronics.

Exchabged in store if it brwajs or stops working. Unlike apple this is replaced same day.

This protection plan is why I shop at best buy. I never have to worry about a product. The minute I have an issue and it stops working as expected I take it in. I have never had problems.

Best Buys' PSP/ Geek Squad Protection is always a must. I have never had an issue that this protection doesn't cover and I rarely ever have to use it. The comfort of knowing it's there when I need it well worth the price and I would recommend purchasing the added protection for anything of significant value.

This Geek Squad plan has been worth every penny. I have able to use my product trouble free and with confidence that if I had any problems Geek Squad would handle it. Highly recommend these accident plans. I have used them with no problems. Just bring product to Best Buy and they take care of the rest.

Best Buy/Geek Squad shipped my replacement device quickly. the plan is definitely worth the money for what I bought, an expensive phone and didn't want to pay $15 per month to my carrier for protection. reasonable deductible ($200 for a Note 10+ replacement)

Great Plan. I purchased the Geek Squad Protection for my Smartwatch. The watch stopped cycling through the functions. Because I had the protect plan, it was easy to get a replacement watch. A great buy for your product protection.

The geek squad is amazing in best buy. They are so helpful and they guide you and tell you what you need to do if you have a question. They fix your items in a reasonable amount of time.

Good warranty covers a lot of things. Hopefully i dont need it but always good to be prepared
