I bought this for my $400 smart watch. Let's face it - wearing something that expensive on your wrist is a little unnerving. It is great knowing that any accidental damage will be covered, as well as any other issues I might have during the coverage period. I hope I never need it, but I am glad I have it!

This protection plan is why I shop at best buy. I never have to worry about a product. The minute I have an issue and it stops working as expected I take it in. I have never had problems.

I had the regular galaxy 5 before and the battery wasn't that great. This one lasts for days and is a lot more versatile than the other one.

I used this plan for the 1st time. I broke the band on my Samsung watch. I thought they were going to fix the band, Instead they replace the entire watch. This was a plus. I never expected the entire watch replace. I recommend everyone by the protection plan.

I never make a purchase without a protection plan these days. They help to ensure that when my product begins to act strange, has manufacturer issues, or just stops working that I am covered and can easily have it either fixed or replaced.

Had to replace a smartwatch, and I had purchased this protection plan to go along with it. No hassle from Best Buy when I came in to make a claim, and they even let me pick out my new watch right then and there. I don't normally recommend service plans for electronics, but for things like wearables, they're a great deal, especially if you plan on working out with them on.

I don't think that I am particularly hard on the various products that I purchase, but on the rare occasions when something has broken or failed, I have had no problems getting a new replacement with the Geek Squad Replacement Plan. As I always say - Murphy's Law - if it's going to break, it'll be the day after the manufacturer's limited warranted expires.

The geek squad is amazing in best buy. They are so helpful and they guide you and tell you what you need to do if you have a question. They fix your items in a reasonable amount of time.

Geek squad protection plan is amazing for Samsung watches. I will highly recommend if you're buying a Samsung watch from Best buy you get the Geek squad protection plan you won't be sorry.

I had this protection plan on my Galaxy active watch and boy was it a life saver. For some reason the watch started acting up and not wanting to turn on like 2 months before the protecting expired. I walked in had them inspect it and boom i got my money back to buy another watch.

I purchased an extended warranty, 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement, offered for my Samsung Galaxy S3 because it's simply the smart thing to do. It's something you wear that is constantly at risk from hitting or bumping with something else on a daily basis. If one of those "bumps" is a little harder than most you can feel safe that Best Buy has your back.

This warranty was worth every penny. It covers anything that could go wrong. I recommend getting at least the 2 year warranty on all wearables.

I got my Blaze as a gift, but went out of my way to get the service plan on my own. Why? Because Best Buy will replace it in the store should anything happen to it. For those who cannot live without their Fitbit Blaze (or similar devices), being able to take everything quickly in a physical store without having to play the waiting game is definitely a must.

My husband loved his watch. One of the best gift I have given him. I would recommend this watch for a Father's Day gift.

Best decision ever buying the replacement plan. My product malfunction twice and each time I came in and exchanged for a new one with no extra cost, no waiting and no hassle. Each time it's refreshing to go through such an easy quick process. You don't even have to have your receipt, just phone number etc to conifmr your purchase. It's a must for any products going forward!
