Absolutely get this, it worth it, specially on watches and TVs. I have gotten the protection for most of the things I buy and I have never regret it

WHile none of my fitband/smartwatches ever had any physical damage, these things are right there on your wrist and in harms way. It seems like the batteries start feeling their age right around the time the new model comes out so it can help offset the cost of upgrading.

Best protection, my fiancée’s original watch died and Best Buy just gave me a full refund on the watch, and we were able to put that credit towards the new watch. We only had to pay the difference.

Ok, so it's hard to tell how well the plan will work if something happens, but BestBuy has never let me down before, so I'm not worried. Anyway, the protection you get for 2 years for $30 is a great value. Wearables are easy to damage and it's good to know that you're covered for 2 years, and in 2 years, it'll be time to replace your smartwatch anyway.

Don't buy one of the watches without getting this. That being said I do find it interesting that if you have to return the product in under a year they return it under the manufacturer's warranty and only give you a partial refund on the plan. But hey at least with this you are covered for accidental breakage as well.

I bought this replacement plan for a Fitbit Charge HR I had. The clasp on the band broke. Best Buy refunded all of my money and gave a partial refund of the replacement plan. I was then able to buy a new one right off the shelf that same day. Best plan ever! I recently bought a Fitbit Charge 2 and I was sure to buy the replacement plan again.

I work in construction and put my Garmin FENIX through the ringer. The protection saved me on a couple of occasions. One battery issue and one data malfunction. Trust me. You'll sleep better at night on big purchases.

I have the fitbit Versa 4 does exactly what I want from a fitness smartwatch. I love the battery life of this fitbit, it is very accurate on the step count and sleep tracker.

I bought the protection plan for my smart watch cos it was inexpensive and given that I was replacing a watch that stopped working out of the blue, it seemed like a good idea. I haven't had to *use* the plan, and I really hope not to, but the peace of mind is nice.

When I purchased my first fitbit, I also purchased the 2-yr Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement. When my fitbit "died" (battery went dead, and wouldn't recharge), I was able to get a new replacement. Because it was a newer model I had to pay the difference in purchase prices. That seemed very fair. I'm glad I bought the coverage.

Definitely worth it incase anythinh happens so you don't have to buy a whole new watch.

This is my husbands third fitbit surge!! Yes he loves it and it stands up to how rough his job is too but the first one died after a year and the second after about 7 months. I got smart after the first one and purchased the warranty with the second one thankfully! Super easy to just walk in and get a replacement. Highly recommend purchasing!
