I always get the protection plans. They always come in handy. You never know when you are going to need them. With kids especially, you most likely are going to have something dropped, spilled, broken, etc. It never hurts to have that insurance.

My previous watch was damaged. Was a little skeptical to get it replaced but I had the coverage with Best Buy. Went to the store, they checked their records and told me pick my replacement. No problems at all. Left very happy as with all my Bestbuy purchases.

They were great just took awhile to be seen . They had low staff that day.

I am impressed with Best Buy’s product replacement program. It was hassle free and quick. If I have a concern, they take care of it right away, no questions asked. As long as I have a receipt, it makes it simple. Also, they have the information in their computer should I not have the receipt with me. Really a nice program!

I've used this service a few times already with different products. Take my Bluetooth headphones for example. They stopped connecting to my phone and I took em back. They no longer had the similar product so BB gave me full in store credit for whatever I wanted. Buy it.

Love the Geek Squad Protection. Bought it when I bought my Galaxy Active Watch, had a problem with the watch not holding a charge and Best Buy replaced the watch no questions asked. Best Buy is my go to place always.

Best Buy offers the best protection plan! They are nice and fast during your claim just make sure to keep your sales receipt. If possible bring the original box and make sure you bring everything included when your purchase the item.

Family is hard on electronics. Would never buy without extended warranty. Even if never used, worth it for the piece of mind.

At any point in time within the 2 years if your product fails they give you a brand new one. I've had friends tell me their headphones broke and it was still covered under the warranty even though they didn't make those headphones anymore, best buy gave them the same brand of the same value they paid for, brand new. It's worth it!

One thing I love about Best Buy is their customer service and any time I have an issue with any of my electronics and need to use my warranty - they are there to help to fix the issue. Best Buy warranty is the best!

Please considered buying this coverage-it is totally worth it. I bought this additional coverage when I purchased my wife a FiBit Alta. After about 1 year of use the strap broke and I brought the Fibit back to BestBuy. I was able to take advantage of this coverage and upgrade to a FitBit Alta HR by just paying the difference.
