Omg... This was the best installation. No mess, no fuss and very efficient. They even made sure we knew how things worked before leaving. If anyone is looking to anything installed by Best Buy... Do It! It's worth it... Hands down.

Geek squad is amazing if they are not able to fix your device they will re place it but only if its still under warrnty.

Purchased this for my Samsung Gear S3 Frontier since it cost $350 plus tax. This was a good investment since it covers the product for 2 years which includes accidental things that could happen so it was definitely worth the expense to receive peace of mind for a smart watch that was already pretty pricy.

Can't go wrong with these. My watches have always seems to slump down a little over time or the batteries just go out in them and this protection plan keeps me going with a good watch that does everything I need it to.

I got this protection plan for my smart watch because I’ve read a couple reviews some watches have complications after a year after purchase. This pretty much puts a security blanket over it, just incase it starts having problems.

So far so good....need to make an appointment to learn more about the watch i bought.

Bought this for a smart watch. I ALWAYS buy the protection plan!! The watch stopped working, I went to the store, left with a new watch. I decided to upgrade so I just paid the difference and bought the plan for the new watch.

If you ever have a problem or have had one, it only makes sense to protect your purchase. Best Buy has always honores the Geek Squad protection. We insure many things and this is another item that I depend on.

The geek squak are amazing people to work with, the extra protection for your product and peace of mind is well work it. I highly recommend it for anything that you purchase that may need repairs.

I pay $200 a year for total tech support but continue to pay for additional support on various products. It’s all quite frustrating because I feel like I’m just throwing money around. And I’m pretty sure you shouldn’t feel that way
