Geek squad protection is a must for smart watches. If anything goes wrong with the watch within 2 years you can trade it in for a new one. Great piece of mind!

Even though it seems expensive at first when buying, it is 100% worth it!! I sweat a lot and sometimes bang against things and my Fitbit messed up. I had this protection, took it in and replaced it with no problem! Easy and no questions asked!! For the money you pay for gadgets, get them protected!!

Definitely would recommend had to get mines worked on and they ended up giving me back the amount I paid for it. Definitely worth it

I purchased this on my original Fitbit. After about 18 months, it was showing signs of wear and starting to come apart. I stopped into Best Buy to see what I needed to bring in to use the replacement policy and the replacement was made on the spot! I made sure to have this on my new one.

Geek squad protection is one of the best things to have on any item. I get it in every product from Best Buy I buy and I’m considering total tech.

I have been a BBY customer for years (around 10 by now) and I never buy any electronics without the replacement/protection plan attached. It's worth it, they will either fix the product or give you a new one. And that, to me, says a lot about the store's policies and their commitment with the public.

I always get the Geek Squad protection plan. Worth every penny. If something is wrong just take it back to the store for a new one.

Tremendous peace of mind when you buy this program. I have bought and used the program on other items in the past. It has always resulted in a quick replacement with a brand new item, no questions and very painless. Given the cost of the Garmin it protects , this was a no brainer.

Gift for my daughter, great she hardly ever takes it off

Battery starts running low too early in the day after only 20 months, or having weird software issues that you cant fix. This allows you to just swap to a new one for the price on the plan, awsome

The service was perfect. I came in with the watch, went to the counter and explained to them what the problem was. They confirmed my information, went and got a new watch off the shelf and changed it out. No problems at all.

Havent needed it yet, but knowing that it is available is very comforting! Especially knowing i spent $300 on a watch

My daughter had a fit bit that did not work well. Because I had the warranty, it was easy to switch out. The previous model was not available anymore but I was able to get the next model up and best buy was able to find and match a best price. For this type of product, the warranty plan is worth it

Love that my husbamd watch comes with Geek Squad...they are great.

I purchased extended warranty on my watch! After about 6 months it quit charging! Took it back and was given a new watch to replace! If I didn’t get extended they would have pro rated price with replacement that had been worked on 2nd hand... well worth extended service plan!
