I ABSOLUTELY Love this Service! I have purchased it about 3-4 time now. Each time I've purchased a Fitness Watch I got it and Thank GOD I did, it has come in handy for about 2 times. You never know when it will be Needed!

Would highly recommend especially with an expensive purchase such as a wearable device

I am so pleased with the Geek Squad they are so knowledgeable. Geek squad also installed my tv and were very kind and professional, they did an amazing job, so happy I tried them out. I will definitely use them again.

I love having protection on the things i purchase. Even if i never have to use it. It’s better to have and not need it than need it and not have it.

I have a few products that I have had to either call Geek Squad about or come in and see a Geek Squad member in store. Every Geek Squad member has been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The protection plan is definitely worth it.

I am not gentle on my fitbit. Not for lack of trying but sometimes I forget I have it on while doing and oil change, or it gets caught in a rubber glove at work. If anything happens to it I know the people at Best Buy will take it back no questions asked and I get to walk away with a new one.

If you do not have toalt tech this is a must have. Wear the item and hope it never fails, but if it does your protected even when the replacement is no longer available.

Love the protection plans...they are a bit pricey but worth it in the long run ......

I had to use my geek squad protection on my Active Watch2 and they were super helpful and I ended up with a brand new watch. I would recommend getting this for any smartwatch or other expensive product.

I have been purchasing the 2 year plan for printers since 2010. And if it fails I take it back to Best Buy. I get credit for what I paid and then choose a newer printer with more features usually for less money. Recently had a FitBit fail so the credit went to a new model that was better.

I've used this in the past and absolutely love it.

I would not buy a Smart Watch without the Geek Squad protection. I have had very bad luck with multiple brands, all of which were covered by the Service Plans.

They helped alot. I didn't understand how it worked and they were so helpful. Would use them again

Just nice to have accidental protection since the person i bought the watch for tends to break their electronics.

I chose to get this support just in case I needed the support. Glad I did not need. However, would have been a better deal if it was for 5 years at a better price.

I have purchased and used Geek Squad a few times and have always had a great experience.

Always, always buy the warranty so in a couple years when battery isn't working very well you can trade it in for a new one.
