I like the fact that best buy allows customers who purchase items from there store to have the option of coverage. Which I personally have had come in handy when certain purchases have defaults or effects which allows either a fix or replacement of the item I am one satisfied customer.

Geek squad is great option if you ever have an accident.

I have chosen to purchase the extra protection plan on several purchases, and it has definitely paid for itself. They have made it easy to keep your records stored thru their system, so you avoid the hassle of losing receipts. I will use this again on my next large purchase for sure!!

Use the Geek Squad protection on all my major purchases. Definitely worth the investment. Had a TV go out right before expiration of my coverage. Best Buy did a great job at getting me credit towards a new TV also gave me the option to have it replaced with a like model.

Purchase of my gear fit just in case and guess what almost 2 years to the day minus 2 weeks the band on my watch broke OH Well no worries got to take it in for repair or upgrade because they may not have this model available

Purchased to cover my new Samsung S3 classic. After about 6 months, the device bricked after an OTR OS update. This coverage refunded my full original purchase price, and a new one was rush ordered with the credit. Two days later, I was good to go. No out of pocket!

Worth every penny, when my wife's watch stopped working after almost 2 years we got full refund for the original purchase price, she bought a new one, what more would you want?
