Could not have made a better decision to add this protection plan, my old fitbit was tearing and I went in to get a replacement and instead left with an upgrade for no added cost!! only had to pay to add the protection to the new device. I was so excited.

Great product protection plan that really keeps your devices protected

Havent had to use it, but its nice to have. Never know when kids or clumsy people get near your stuff.

This item was a Christmas gift and so far no problems. my granddaughter loves it. It has all the features that she wanted. She is very satisfied.

I always get the Geek Squad Protection. Especially worth it for this watch I bought my husband.

When my watches burned me it was about 2.5 months after I had purchased. Without this warranty I would have been out several hundred dollars since most watch brands (from what I've read) will not take responsibility for consumers getting burned by the products.

Good for high-value personal electronics like a smart watch. I always get the extended protection when I pick up a smart watch for family members.

When I got my MoTo I got it because it was a different. But it turned out very useful. In texas we are not allowed to use our cell phones my moto lets me see who is calling or messaging me without having to pick up my phone it tells me the weather or latest news I love it.

This will be your best investment if your able to spend the extra. Haven't had any issues getting things replaced. Sat on my Sony mbx 950 headphones. No need to explain what happened. They best buy associate replaced them the same day with no problems.

Very impressed, my galaxy watch active 2 was discontinued and they replaced with a new galaxy watch 4. I will always buy protection plans now

Normally do not purchase these replacement contracts, but for a smart fitness watch, the chances of damage or failure are very high. Probably not if, but when the watch becomes unusable, peace of mind that the next version will be provided at no cost.

havent had to use it yet fongers crossed wont have to which yea then it would be a waste of money if i never use it but the price isnt that bad and its nice having that added security
