Bought the fit-bit watch for my son as a X-Mas present. He is very happy with it so far as you uses it all time when he goes out and does some running or walking exercising. We bought the Accidental Replacement Warranty for the product in case something happened to the fit-bit. This gives my son a good piece of mind on the product. As of now he has not had to utilize this warranty.

Glad to have purchased the warranty. I purchased warranty over screen protector since it covers that and screen protector does not last that long.

Well worth paying the insurance for the watch just in case of damage

I accidently broke my watch running and I was able to go to Any Best Buy and replaced it so fast. Only thing it did not have the same watch. But I upgraded even better at a cheaper price. Accidents happen all the time. It is better to be safe than sorry.

If you're already spending a bit on whatever technology you're getting, it's always worth it to purchase Geek Squad protection. They're awesome and helpful and are there if love happens and things get cracked/broken.

I got this for my Samsung Gear 2 smart fitness watch. After wearing the watch everyday for a few months... in the rain... working... swimming... biking... ect. It finally stopped working. I boxed it up and took it back for an exchange no question asked. Worth it!

Geek Squad is great in customer service! They do all they can to make you happy, especially if the fix cannot take place right away. It is nice that they can take care of most needs right in store without having to wait for weeks at a time for shipping and processing.

Guys, I am so happy and proud of myself for buying the 2 year accidental replacement insurance. It's a good investment. I've used it for the first time and the process was so simple. They only ask me one question and I was able to exchange the product with no problem.

Highly recommend getting the protection. When it came down to repairing my Samsung watch they gave me the option to exchange the watch for the same one, or upgrade to the latest. I just had to pay the difference.

Never get any problem with warranty, is always there when I need it, I always get the warranty.. You never know when your going to need it

I take advantage of the warranty that I buy. My Fitbit takes a lot of usage by me during my many workouts and sometimes become damaged. Due to having this warranty, it's a seamless process of getting a replacement. Definitely a great price for the warranty!

I'm not usually on board with buying the extra protection, but I got it on the Vivoactive HR watch for my son, which has been a lifesaver--we've had so many issues with the watch, but each time, we bring the watch in and they hand us a brand new one. Easy!
