You can never go wrong with this purchase. I've purchased some items without and I'm still regretting it to this day.

For an unknown reason, my husband's FitBit quit working. I took it back to Best Buy and it was replaced--then and there! Good use of money for piece of mind.

Purchased this with my Fitbit 2 for any accidents that may occur, as this one is not waterproof and sometimes accidents happen.

Great protection plan. Covers pretty much everything and if they cant fix it they will replace it or give money back on your item.

Two of us bought the band and both worked great for the first month. One band malfunctioned, stopped syncing, and screen became static. BUT thanks to BB's return policy and Geek Squad, I was able to replace the malfunctioning band with a new one. The new one is working great. Now we have 2 happy MS Band users in our home.

It great that Best Buy offers this protection plan for watches. Geek Squad got me up and running quickly.

Galaxy Watch3 is too fragile and complicated. Bought insurance because I am afraid of its vulnerability.

I bought this 2 year geek squad accidental replacement just in case it is needed, I can get my watch damaged so it was a good purchase for the price.

My heart rate monitor wasn’t working nor was I receiving my text alerts... brought it in they traded me for a new one, no questions asked. They are amazing!

Techs were very knowledgeable and efficient. Service took less than 2 hours to complete with no issues.

I like having known to get this because I feel same whenever I have my watch and know I have a 2 year guarantee.

I have had the need to use my geek squad protection in the past and it could not have been simpler. i highly recommend this product to anyone purchasing most anything.

Have had to use the plan several times with an old smartwatch. Super simple return and was able to get a new one same day. I purchase these with everything now!

So I bought a fitbit for my wife after I accidentally step on her old one. After having it for awhile the band broke. Thank goodness I bought this service plan.
