GreekSquad took care of my issue for a previous watch that was acting up. They totally changed ordered me a new one and replaced it for a new one.

I haven't used this for my new product but have on past and it is well worth the money. If fitbit quits working take it to Best Buy and get a new one

if you dont sync the device daily, it will eventually add up and will never sync to the fitbit app. good thing I bought the 2 year plan from Best Buy

Most of the time I never bother getting an extended warranty. But sometimes depending on the item it pays to get one.

I am really glad that I purchased the warranty for this Fitbit watch. The warranty is excellent. The watch I have some reservations about.

Best decision was to purchase the extended replacement warranty on on my fitness bands since they are wearable and susceptible to damage and/or failure.

I love the additional protection provided by my warranty. It was very affordable and easy to obtain.

This product replacement extension is a good program to have so I'm always spending extra to get my new product if there's something wrong with it so because of that I'm a repeat customer always

Always get the protection no body builds things like they use to. Best Buy is always there if there is a problem.
