    My garmin watch face plate popped out. I took the watch back to Best Buy and they replaced the watch right there with no wait.

    Best Buy and Geek Squad have always been Great in regards to product issues. They have ALWAYS resolved my issues with No Problem.

    Warranty was purchased and paid in full at $160 5/29/25 & Best Buy canceled on 12/8/25. Claimed to have refunded $61 for the policy. Geek squad can't/won't help or provide number to speak with anyone. At time of purchase the policy covered loss, theft, accidental damage with a replacement.

    I always suggest getting the accident coverage on any product I purchase that way I know I'm always covered if something goes wrong.
