I haven't needed it yet with this purchase, but I've used it before and was well worth it when I had issues with my computer.

Fortunately i did not have to use geek squad protection as i had no issues with this watch

I love my Bose Sleep Buds and have yet to have a major issue with them; however, they have already become an integral part of my night life and I would be completely distraught if I had to go a night without them. Since life is unpredictable, I got the service plan. Why? Because when something goes wrong, I won't have to contact Bose and play the repair/exchange game with them. Instead, I can just go to Best Buy, get them replaced, and not have to face a night without them!

The product is worth putting the protection plan on it because I wear it all the time and it’s possible that I could damage it so it makes sense to have replacement coverage on it.

Always good to add warranty to expensive items, best buy have a really good warranty policy

I love my watch and i love how its compatible with my s24. I have and never will be an apple user.

I always get best buy protection plan. it's come in very handy at times. wouldn't be with out it

My Galaxy 4 Classic watch had a run in with a door frame and the bezel popped of, the geek squad warranty came through with a new Galaxy 6 Classic to replace it. Easy peassy 10 minute process

Had the amazfit GTS smart watch. Worked well for my needs. Recently began not holding the charge. ( just under two years old). Originally up to 14 days. Was getting 10-12 days repeatedly. For the last 2 months, charges only lasting 5 days. Fortunately had the extended warranty through best buy. No issues. Unable to reorder same watch. Given a store credit for amount paid. Thank you.

I absolutely live my galaxy 4, i know it may sound trivial but i think its cool to see my initial on the 12 'clock dial. I see new features like my stress zone on here, different workouts. I love how easy it is to navigate between widgets.

Purchasing the geek squad plan is definitely worth it.

I purchased the 2-year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement on my Samsung Gear Fit2. I have not used it on this particular product, but have purchased the same 2-year replacement on other products purchased from Best Buy and on one occasion, Best Buy replaced an item that could not be repaired. No hassle. They stood behind their product replacement. I would recommend seriously considering the small cost of the product replacement, depending upon the item, the use of the item, and the cost of the item.

Great watch for health and fitness, also for ease of management on everyday pps that are used.

The agents set up my new phone and fitness watch and provided me the how to use info I needed. When I had issues with my phone they took the needed time to resolve the issue and even worked with A T & T staff to get it working correctly. GREAT JOB!!!

These guys are THE BEST!! Having this protection for the year is great. I've taken my computers to have them cleaned and they did a phenomenal job each time, not to mention with a computer that was 2013 old. One computer I forgot the passcode and they were still able to bypass it and get it cleaned for me. I'll be subscribing again, not to mention you get FREE computer protection when you buy this protection. Win, Win.

I purchased this 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement plan on a whim because by the time I'd saved enough to buy the product I wanted (a Fitbit Aria), it had gone on sale and the price equalized out. Plus, there had been some rumblings on longevity of the device. And while I had initially I forgotten about it, I fortunately had to buy something else and happened to see the active warranty. So I took it in. No muss, no fuss, Best Buy replaced it.
