What worth the money to protect your investment for up to 2 years any problems they will take care of it I've never had any questions asked.

This replace program is a great idea for watches and such. I’ve had my watch break down and they helped me fix and replace them.

Was extremely apprehensive about purchasing initially but it really came in handy and the exchange process was seamless. Would recommend.

I have opted out of the protection plan in the past and regretted it. It delivers as promised and I have been very happy with the prompt replacement provided by best buy and their warranty.

I don't normally buy insurance for most of my electronic items as I view the cost of buying it typically a waste of money. This plan however I've used already for once I'm so glad I had it. My new Samsung smart watch started acting up, and after a brief look to see if it could be fixed, Best Buy replaced it without hesitation.

I think Geek Squad is a good resource but they should be available to answer any and all questions that you need if you have a best buy card.

My Frontiers screen went out and I had the Warranty. So I was able to replace it because i had the warranty so I bought it again.

I used this before and they replaced my item with no issue. i always thought these warranty things were bogus, but i was wrong. This is A must buy for anything you buy from best buy.

I bought this plan along with my smartwatch and is a great buy expecially for the amount of time that it is good for. I have not had to use it but knowing if it fails for no known reason I am covered.

Geek Squad is an excellent way to protect your investment. I have used this many of times. If they cannot repair the device they will replace it!

I love my Fitbit - however anyone considering buying one should get the extended warranty - my band broke and without the warranty I would have to get a new one or use duct tape.
