I was excited to learn I could purchase protection for this item! It made me feel more comfortable for purchasing such an expensive item.

Protection for your investment is a must. If you buy something why not protect it.

When my Gear 2 would not work, and Geek Squad agent arrange for a replacement. No Hassel. I would not buy a Gear watch without it.

I would suggest the warranty, it is a little pricey but worth it in the long run. Just make sure you keep up with the date.

The agents have been very helpful. Most recently I used this service to repair a cracked screen on my Note 9. The only downfall is the only location servicing the Note 9 is in Round Rock and we are in South Austin.

I have not had to use this warranty but I feel good knowing I have it should I need to use it
