Good thing to purchase

Not what I thought it was...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So I purchased the accidental protection because I planned on being extremely active with my watch. Which I was and ended up shattering the screen right before the pandemic. All businesses including geek squad ceased operations so I couldn't come in and ask questions about repair. So I called and asked for a replacement when they started curbside. They told me I didn't have the right plan for that. I waited months for them to start opening for appointments again. Only to get a gift card for what I paid for the watch minus the $60 protection plan. Unfortunately, I bought the watch on sale and so now I have to cover the difference out of pocket. Plus purchase another protection plan. No one told me the protection plan was basically a 1 time use and then you have to purchase it again.. didn't think it worked like that. I understand 1 replacements per year or something like that, but jeez. I'm out of pocket $100 extra because of the "replacement voucher" as it should be called and the difference in sale price. On top of that I had to wait 4 months for them to do basically what I was asking for immediately after the accident. Geek squad is a joke.
