I love the service of the geek squad any time I purchase something from Best Buy I will get it

Great service protection plan. Best in class, in my opinion.

Purchased the service plan and actually had to use it. Watch stopped working 18 month later and the plan replaced the watch at the price I paid, which was higher than the current price.

Very helpful and polite. Helped me get a better watch because mine was nit working properly anymore. Helped me found a solution to my watch problem.

I have been very happy with geek squad services. They sent out a more than qualified technician and it was great service.

It's always a good thing to get with anything you buy. They just don't make things like they use to.

I usually never buy warranties; however I felt compelled to buy it on my MS Band based on researching & reviews. Boy am I glad I did! And let me tell you, best experience I've every had with warranty service. (I've purchased years ago and swore I'd never purchase warranties ever again) Best Buyvwas wonderful on the exchange, rowed with brand new device... Awesome customer experience!

So far so good I have not used this. But, I had this for my former Samsung Gear Fit 2 and when the band had issues I took it in and I got all my money back because Samsung discontinued the watch. No questions asked or anything, I didn't even know they stopped making the Gear fit 2 when I took it in....

The watch is amazing the gps is precise, I am able to receive notifications, although not able to make calls it does let me know of any incoming calls.

Great Plan. I purchased the Geek Squad Protection for my Smartwatch. The watch stopped cycling through the functions. Because I had the protect plan, it was easy to get a replacement watch. A great buy for your product protection.

Had to hold out til her parents posted...but soooooo proud of my cousin! She graduated in 3.5 years with 2 degrees from Penn State. On top of that she received a personal shout out from President Obama. If this is not a true definition of beauty and brains, tell me what it is!! Send your cash app cousin!!

Added on geek squad protection plan to my Oring. I think it’s helpful as if it breaks within two years I can replace the ring.

I purchased the 2-year accidental protection package from Best Buy and I am so glad I did. After almost 2 years of owning and using a Fitbit Blaze, the tracker got extremely hot, melted, and would not come back on. BestBuy replaced the watch without a problem and honored the protection package without question. I would highly recommend Best Buy's protection package.

Not that I been able to use all of the excellent services that geek squad offers, I'm sure they'll be there when I need it.

Decent price and peace of mind, wasn't going to get this but the thought of clanging the watch against something when I'm moving is definitely worth he price of this.

I've only used Geek Squad Protection Plans 1 time, and it was a flawless, hassle free interaction. Asked me my problem with the device, keyed a few things in and told me my replacement options. I decided to upgrade to the newer device and pay the difference (new product cost - original purchase price). Super easy.

I can read text and email and respond with the keyboard on it. This thing has the most accurate GPS. Better than my Garmin forerunner. The Garmin takes 5 minutes to gat an accurate GPS reading the band takes a couple of seconds. The health program is more than expected. The sleep tracking has me at the doctors and has had my doctor refer me to a sleep specialist. I am really pleased with the Microsoft Band.

Love my garmin! It provides everything i need and its so encouraging. I enjoy the workouts that are already included in the app! Great buy!
