I've worked for best buy in the past and will never make electronics purchases without it.

since I got it only take it off for charging every 22 days,,,

Nice protection to have peace of mind. Haven't had to use it sor far.

Purchased the 2 Year Protection plan on the Fitbit Charge HR I purchased for my wife. The plan cost $30, and in my opinion, is a great deal in this situation since these fitness trackers tend to break down within the first year at a higher than average rate. We will receive full product replacement if it stops working, so I'll gladly spend the money on the warranty in this case.

I really like this service and feel that it is worthy of the amount for an assurance of maintaining my items in top working condition and that I can come into best buy or use chat for feedback on an item if I have an issue

I took my computer to best buy and needed help with it the first time. I didn't have an appointment so I had too come back a different day because they was all booked up. The day I got there they was very prompt in helping me but I had too pay $300 ish for the security app so they could fix it. Plus I had to leave my computer there and pick it up when it was done. That's why I'm giving 4 stars because I was disappointed in having too come back. And paying $300 upfront too get it fixed.

I know many people thing Best Buy is over priced but they need to be reminded they do price match! Plus they offer this awesome insurance for most product (I think). I purchase the insurance with all my electronics. I know it was be a bit pricey but it's totally worth it in the end. Covers pretty much anything that that can possibly happen to the devices

I dont always buy the extras, until my printer of less than a year broke on me. I called HP they told me i would have to pay $150 for them to send me a new one. They said they could replace the part because it was going to be more expensive to repair than to buy a new one. I bought a new printer and got the protection just incase anything happens to it its cover.

We haven't needed to use this, i am happy to have not had too however we bought the coverage ad usual for the "just in case" situations.

Got a new watch no problem. My fit bit charge to was a year and a half old. I want while I worked while I slept in while I played. It barely showed any marks but the lens got a small crack after an impact one day while working. I took it in the Best Buy show them the receipt for the warranty and they gave me a brand new watch. You can’t beat that!

GSP is a good investment for your electronics. I purchase this on my Samsung galaxy watch. You never know it you draw a problem device and it's nice to have the protection to exchange your device with a new 9ne or a different brand. Best buy is there for your peace of mind.

I don't buy electronics without this support any longer. I've had a couple issues over the years with certain brands and having Geek Squad cover me makes the purchases worth it. I am extremely careful with expensive electronics so when I say I still buy this plan, it's a good deal.

Best Buy replaced the Fitbit no trouble. However, this time they gave a Best Buy gift card and not just a product replacement. I am now wondering when my new Fitbit needs to be replaced will Best Buy replace it. The Fitbit was on sale. I am afraid to replace it since they no longer do product replacement. I am afraid that I will only be credited the sale price.

Great protection for the gift I gave my best friend! I feel protected knowing she will be able to get her watch fixed if anything happens!

I cant recommend the protection plan any more. For me its absolutely essential. So many things can go wrong after your in store return date and this prevents you from having to deal with the manufacturer and possibly not even being able to get your product replaced or fixed.

This is a no brainier to get for the watch as an insurance coverage in case life happens because it will happen just a matter of time. Best Buy has best replacement program and almost any product at Best Buy can be covered. Products are essentially investments and you should always protect investments.
