I haven't used this yet but it will be there when I need it. I never purchase tech with out the protection.

Geek squad is the best at what they do i trust them over any other place for returns and repairs.

I have been purchasing the 2 year plan for printers since 2010. And if it fails I take it back to Best Buy. I get credit for what I paid and then choose a newer printer with more features usually for less money. Recently had a FitBit fail so the credit went to a new model that was better.

I purchased extended warranty on my watch! After about 6 months it quit charging! Took it back and was given a new watch to replace! If I didn’t get extended they would have pro rated price with replacement that had been worked on 2nd hand... well worth extended service plan!

The service was perfect. I came in with the watch, went to the counter and explained to them what the problem was. They confirmed my information, went and got a new watch off the shelf and changed it out. No problems at all.

I have a few products that I have had to either call Geek Squad about or come in and see a Geek Squad member in store. Every Geek Squad member has been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The protection plan is definitely worth it.

They replaced my phone as the prior phone had an issue and wasn't repairable. Quick and efficient.

they tell me that samsung does not make smart watch 5 any more

Battery starts running low too early in the day after only 20 months, or having weird software issues that you cant fix. This allows you to just swap to a new one for the price on the plan, awsome

I am so pleased with the Geek Squad they are so knowledgeable. Geek squad also installed my tv and were very kind and professional, they did an amazing job, so happy I tried them out. I will definitely use them again.

We purchased this 2 year warranty for our 14 year old son's new FitBit Blaze. Our son is very careful with his things and takes good care of them; however, we thought this would be a good "insurance policy just in case". I recommend the extended warranty plan for both kids AND adults.
